Norcowe PhD student Surya Teja Kandukuri won an «Best Prize Award» at International Conference on Electrical Machines and Systems” (ICEMS17) in Sydney this August.
Surya Teja Kandukuri and his colleagues won the price for the presentation:
“A two-stage detection and fault classification for electric pitch drives in offshore wind farms using support vector machine” with authors Surya Teja Kandukuri, Jagath Sri Lal Senanayaka, Van Khang Huynh and Kjell G. Robbersmyr.
Kjell G. Robbersmyr is supervisor and van Khang Huynh is co-supervisor for Surya. The authors are based at University of Agder, Norway.
